“You deserve to be heard—with care and clarity.”

Professional psychological care, matched to you

Serenity Reach Psychological Consultants offers fully online therapy and counselling for individuals, couples, families, and workplaces. Anonymity is our highest priority—including anonymous counselling for non-urgent, non-emergent concerns. A psychologist is allotted based on your primary concern.

In crisis or emergency? Do not use this site for urgent care. Call 112 or a number from our free helplines section below. Anonymous online counselling is for non-urgent matters only.

Anonymity first—always
1 100% online sessions
2 Matched to your concern
3 Video, audio, or secure chat

Anonymity & confidential care

Your privacy is not an add-on—it is the foundation of our practice. All sessions are conducted online with strict confidentiality protocols.

Highest priority: anonymity

We minimise identifying data in clinical notes where possible, use secure platforms, and never share your information without consent except where law requires.

Anonymous counselling

Available for non-urgent, non-emergent concerns. You may use a preferred name, withhold certain details, and discuss whether full identification is needed at any stage.

Not for emergencies

Anonymous pathways are unsuitable for crisis, suicide risk, abuse in progress, or situations requiring emergency services—please use the free helplines below instead.

About our practice

We combine evidence-based psychology with holistic and relational approaches—similar in spirit to trusted platforms that put the client first, but rooted in Indian context and ethics.

Licensed consultants

Our team includes psychologists and counsellors trained in clinical, counselling, and family therapy frameworks.

Heal from patterns, not only symptoms

We address anxiety, trauma, relationships, and self-worth at their roots—supporting lasting change, not quick fixes alone.

Relational intelligence

Individual wellbeing and connection at home or work matter equally—couples and family sessions are offered online for joint attendance.

Our care vs. free helplines

Feature Serenity Reach (paid) Free helplines (govt / NGO)

Same therapist over time Yes — allotted psychologist (online) Often different volunteer each call
Depth of treatment Structured plans, NLP/CBT/etc. Crisis listening & referral
Couples / family work Yes Usually individual crisis only
Best for Ongoing growth & clinical goals Immediate crisis & emotional first aid

We encourage using free helplines in emergencies; our online practice complements them for sustained, private care.

Frequently asked questions

Are all sessions online?

Yes. Every format we offer—video, audio, and secure chat—is online. There are no in-person sessions.

What is anonymous counselling?

For non-urgent, non-emergent concerns, you may request anonymous counselling with limited identifying information. This is unsuitable for crisis, imminent self-harm, or emergencies.

Is online therapy effective?

Research shows teletherapy can be as effective as in-person care for many concerns when you have a private space and stable connection.

How soon will I be matched?

Usually within 24–48 hours on working days after we receive your form. Urgent crisis cases should call emergency or free helpline numbers below.

Can I switch psychologists?

Yes. If the fit is not right, contact us via WhatsApp or the form and we will discuss reassignment.

Is this for minors?

Teen services require guardian consent. We are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric or inpatient care.

What are your fees?

Fees depend on clinician and package. Start with a single assessment & consultation session if you are unsure whether ongoing therapy is needed.
